The Bentley Flying Spur is a four-door luxury sedan with a 542 hp twin-turbo V8 and rear-wheel steering, built to work as well from the back seat as from the driver's seat. It gets booked for weddings, corporate arrivals and long-distance touring, by renters who need four doors, a low rear sill for a gown, and a boot the Continental GTC cannot offer.
How It Drives

Bentley Flying Spur V8
The Flying Spur V8 is the one in our fleet and the version Bentley frames as the driver car. A 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 makes 542 hp and 568 lb-ft, reaching 60 mph in 4.0 seconds, and sits about 100 kilograms lighter over the nose than the W12. Quad exhaust finishers and a V8 wing badge are the visible tells.
Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid
The Flying Spur Hybrid pairs a 2.9 liter twin-turbo V6 with an electric motor for a combined 536 hp, and adds a battery that allows short journeys on electric power alone with the engine shut down. It is the quietest Flying Spur at low speed and the heaviest of the non Speed cars. We do not run it.
Bentley Flying Spur Azure
The Flying Spur Azure is the comfort specification. Bentley fits front seat comfort specification with ventilation and massage, a heated steering wheel, specific Azure badging and a softer damper calibration than the S tune. It sits alongside the V8 and Hybrid rather than above them in output. The focus is the seat rather than the stopwatch. We do not run it.
Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner
The Flying Spur Mulliner is the handcrafted specification, with a diamond quilted cabin, a Mulliner wheel design, specific paint and hide combinations and additional veneer work through the rear compartment. Mechanically it matches whichever powertrain it is ordered with. It is the Flying Spur built for the back seat rather than the front. We do not run it.
Bentley Flying Spur Speed
The Flying Spur Speed is the flagship. Bentley pairs a twin-turbo V8 with an electric motor for 771 hp and 738 lb-ft, adds rear-wheel steering, an electronic limited-slip differential and 48 volt active anti-roll bars, and quotes 60 mph in about 3.2 seconds. It is the fastest and firmest Flying Spur in the range. We do not run it.
